Who makes Trove jewellery?
Each piece is designed and created by designer Brooke McAlary, in her Blue Mountains studio.

How do I care for my jewellery?
While resin is quite hard-wearing, to ensure your pieces stay in excellent condition, avoid bringing them into contact with rough surfaces or abrasive chemicals, hairsprays or perfumes. If, over time, your pieces lose their glossy sheen, simply use a dab of olive or vegetable oil and buff the surface with a soft cloth.

As with any precious metal, the sterling silver components may tarnish over time. Simply use a good quality silver cloth to bring them back to their original shine.

What forms of payment do you accept?
We gladly accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover or regular account payments all through PayPal. (Please note you do not need to have an account with Paypal in order to purchase from this store.)

Australian buyers may pay by direct deposit. Please email us for details.

Is GST included in the price?
Yes. International buyers will have 10% of the item price refunded after payment.

How secure is this store?
This store uses PayPal for payments, and PayPal automatically encrypts your confidential information in transit from your computer to ours using the Secure Sockets Layer protocol (SSL) with an encryption key length of 128-bits (the highest level commercially available).

How and when do you ship?
Your parcel of Trove goodness will be shipped within 2 business days of payment being received.

We ship both internationally and within Australia using Australia Post.

Domestic parcels are sent using Express Post satchels. These are not guaranteed next day delivery but can be tracked. Your parcel should be with you within 2-3 days.

Items shipped internationally are shipped via Air Mail, and are registered and trackable but only insured up to a value of $100. If you would like to arrange additional insurance, please send us an email. International parcels should arrive within 7-12 business days.

If you have not received your package after the expiration of these timeframes, please email us.

It is so important that each of our customers be happy and we will always work with you to ensure a positive outcome if ever a parcel is lost in the post.

**CUSTOMS & IMPORT DUTIES**
Please be aware that we are not responsible for any customs fees or other such duties that could be charged on your parcel by your country’s officials. If you have any queries about this, it would be best that you contact the customs organisation in your country.

Do you offer refunds or exchanges?
We stand behind the quality of our products 100%. If you feel that we have misrepresented the nature of your product, or if the item arrives damaged, you need to contact us within 14 days of shipment. After we have been in touch, the item will have to be returned, at the buyer’s expense. If you opt to not have the item repaired or replaced, we will issue a refund immediately.

**PLEASE NOTE**
It is the nature of resin to capture miniscule air bubbles. This is not a fault of the product, but a characteristic of resin itself and won't be seen as a product flaw.

Do you offer custom designs?
Yes! We are more than happy to accept custom orders. Simply email us for details.

For all custom orders, a non-refundable deposit of 50% is required before work can begin. The remaining 50% will be payable upon completion and prior to shipment.
